Data Scientist

You will be working as a Gen AI/ ML Data Scientist at Quadratyx, a global product-centric insight & automation services company. Your role will involve developing machine learning models for recommendation systems and NLP projects to provide actionable insights for product and service optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines, optimizing data storage solutions, and ensuring data accuracy for analytics. Your skills in analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns will be crucial in generating insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance client services. Collaborating with product and service teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions will also be a key aspect of your role. As a Gen AI/ ML Data Scientist, you will report to the Project Manager and work closely with stakeholders to deliver AI & Data Science Enterprise projects. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, and Java, along with experience in LLMs, Lang Chain, Generative AI technologies, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka). Strong data analysis skills, the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a good understanding of data engineering concepts are essential for this role. Knowledge in Machine Learning, NLP, Recommender systems, personalization, Segmentation, microservices architecture, and API development will also be beneficial. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in data science and data engineering. Strong critical thinking abilities, motivation, work ethic, maturity, personal initiative, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. You should be adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
