Your work will directly contribute to real-time business outcomes, leveraging InMobi's advanced advertising platform that reaches over 2 billion people across 150+ countries. **Role Overview:** - You will work alongside engineering colleagues to deploy models at scale and speed, contributing to the continuous experimentation, refinement, and impact assessment of your solutions. - Your primary responsibility will involve developing deep expertise in Ad Tech, AI/ML, and Data Science, focusing on building, experimenting, and refining models that drive real business value. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for advertising products, implement proof-of-concept, and evaluate them offline and online. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and iterate on data science efforts for inMobi DSP, involving project ideation, solution design, measurement, coaching, deployment, and post-deployment management. - Design, develop, and test product experiments, actively analyze data, develop models, and solve problems within a multi-functional team environment. - Experiment with multiple algorithms, learn to connect model impact with measurable business outcomes, and design tailored models that fit specific business problems. - Be creative in designing models for success, adapting techniques to fit dynamic environments and understanding the real business impact of your work. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics, or Bachelor's with additional experience. - 2 to 4 years of experience in a quantitative field with model building and validation experience. - Proficiency in software programming and statistical platforms like Python, R, and big data ecosystems like Apache Spark. - Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and possessing excellent technical and business communication skills. - High level of curiosity and rapid learning ability, with a passion for investigating and learning from data to drive real business value.
