Data Scientist

As a Generative AI Engineer at Prismforce, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge NLP and ML projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using techniques like LoRA and QLoRA - Evaluating and enhancing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for groundedness, accuracy, and relevance - Applying transfer learning and transformer architectures in model development - Validating model accuracy and performance using appropriate metrics - Collaborating with product teams and effectively communicating insights to senior leadership - Contributing innovative ideas in problem-solving sessions - Maintaining an experimental mindset and continuously exploring new approaches - Identifying and integrating relevant data sources to build meaningful datasets - Automating data collection and preprocessing for structured and unstructured data - Handling large-scale data to feed analytical and predictive models - Building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, including NLP solutions Qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research) or equivalent experience - 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and NLP - Deep expertise in NLP techniques such as text generation, sentiment analysis, NER, and language modeling - Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines - Proficiency in neural network frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch - Familiarity with transformer architecture and transfer learning - Fluency in at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Julia - Experience with Generative AI libraries like Hugging Face and OpenAI - Strong foundation in ML algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and Bayesian inference - Skills in Fine Tuning, Transfer Learning, Pytorch, Tensorflow If you are passionate about AI engineering, curious about innovative technologies, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, this role at Prismforce in Bangalore could be the perfect fit for you.,
