Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at our company, you will be a key player in developing cutting-edge AI-powered search and research tools. Your role will involve transforming complex datasets into valuable insights, contributing to productivity and intelligence tool development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing the data transformation layer using dbt and SQL - Designing scalable data models and maintaining business logic - Creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations with modern BI tools - Collaborating with various teams to uncover key insights - Working with diverse structured and unstructured data sources like Snowflake and MongoDB - Translating business questions into data-driven recommendations - Supporting experimentation and A/B testing strategies across teams The ideal candidate for this position should have: - 4-8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles - Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Python (pandas, plotly, etc.) - Experience with BI tools, dashboard creation, and working with multiple data sources - Excellent communication skills for global team collaboration - Familiarity with Snowflake, MongoDB, Airflow, startup experience, or experimentation background is a bonus Joining our team in Abu Dhabi means being part of a global effort to redefine enterprise search and research.
