As a Manager - Data Scientist at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions on platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and on-premises environments. - Designing scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to address complex business challenges and derive actionable insights. - Driving the adoption and implementation of General AI use cases in alignment with business goals for value creation. - Applying your expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to analyze large, intricate datasets. - Integrating AI/ML capabilities into existing data architectures and pipelines to enhance decision-making processes. - Providing thought leadership and mentorship to the team, staying updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends to promote innovation. - Ensuring compliance with ethical AI practices and contributing to the development of responsible AI frameworks. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in data management or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years focused on AI/ML projects. - Demonstrated success in designing and deploying AI/ML projects and General AI use cases. - Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure/Google Cloud) and familiarity with on-premises environments. - Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, along with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Deep understanding of applying AI/ML to develop data products and insights. - Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments. - Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis, algorithm development, and experimental design. - Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide teams effectively. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
