Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Hadoop ecosystem.
• Build and maintain Spark SQL applications for big data processing and analysis.
• Use Tableau to visualize data, create dashboards, and extract insights from Hadoop data.
• Optimize data processing performance, including query optimization and data storage strategies.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and visualization.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in the field.

  Hadoop Administrator-

  responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, securing, and tuning the

  Apache Hadoop ecosystem

  which includes

  HDFS

  ,

  YARN

  ,

  MapReduce

  , and related components like Hive, HBase, Spark, and Kafka.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, Hive, HBase, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, Pig, Oozie).
• Proficiency in Spark SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, Scala, Java).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques. Like

Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Pentaho) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
