Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large structured and unstructured datasets. - Developing and implementing machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems. - Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, and patterns. - Designing and executing data experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. - Communicating findings through visualizations, dashboards, and clear business reports. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to integrate models into production systems. - Monitoring and improving model performance over time. - Staying updated with new technologies, algorithms, and tools in data science and AI. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. - Experience: 5 years+ of experience in data analysis, data science, or machine learning (can vary depending on seniority). Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python or Predictive analysis for data analysis. - Experience with AWS. - Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn). - Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
