Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, propose, and manage data-driven projects aligned with business objectives.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling.
• Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models.
• Ensure model robustness through cross-validation and scalability checks.
• Produce clear non-technical reports summarizing insights, model performance, and Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and advise stakeholders on strategic actions.
• Guide, mentor, and oversee junior data scientists to support project delivery and capability
  

• Maintain high-quality documentation of models, processes, and methodologies.
• Stay updated with evolving trends in data science, ML, NLP, and AI to keep solutions relevant and innovative.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with project ownership.
• Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Flask, and related ML/AI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and statistical techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data pipelines.
• Experience working with AWS services or similar cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver end-to-end data science projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
