Min. Experience : 1 year (min. 1 year fully in hardcore data science with proper hands-on python coding and modeling experience) Max. Experience : 6 years ( strictly NOT going beyond this experience as we don't attract right talent for a junior position) Max Budget : B2 upto 25 lakhs and B3 upto 35 Lakhs - both figures include variable performance linked bonus (NOT to be shared with the candidate) Notice Period: Max. 60 days (not even a single day more) Core Requirements of the role: Strong background in AI/ML research, model development, and deployment. A mindset to build, test, iterate, and deploy models at scalenot just research, but real-world implementation. Experience with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and large-scale ML systems. Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, ML frameworks, and cloud computing. Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.) Familiarity with ML algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting, etc.) Solid foundation in Probability, Statistics & Mathematics Proficiency in SQL for data extraction Knowledge of production deployment architectures Bonus Skills: Hands-on production deployment experience Knowledge basic Linux commands Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, etc. Familiarity with A/B Testing frameworks
