Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development, including LLMs and generative models.

Strong programming expertise in
Python and
PySpark, with experience in scalable data pipelines.

Hands-on experience with
LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.

Solid understanding of
ML model deployment and serving platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, TorchServe, BentoML, KFServing).

Proficiency in
containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Practical expertise in
prompt engineering and
RAG pipelines (embedding models, chunking, retrieval strategies, caching).

Experience with
vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and similarity search.

Familiarity with
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern
data engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience in
end-to-end AI productization, from experimentation to production.

Knowledge of
hybrid retrieval/search techniques (semantic + keyword).

Exposure to
MLOps workflows for monitoring, CI/CD, and governance of ML systems.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
