As a Senior Data Scientist at this company, your role will involve providing data science and quantitative analytical support for regulatory reporting, medical safety analysis, and safety surveillance. You will be responsible for building and scaling AI / ML and Generative AI capabilities to support case management, safety profiling, and management metrics. Additionally, you will independently manage small to medium-sized data science projects. Key Responsibilities: - Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Text Mining, Time Series, and Image Processing - Utilize Generative AI and LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral) for various tasks - Apply Agentic AI and LLM-based models to identify and solve business use cases - Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SciPy - Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and Spark ML - Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Graph DBs) - Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI - Exposure to MLOps & DevOps practices including CI / CD, Docker, and Kubernetes - Knowledge of privacy-preserving AI, federated learning, and regulatory AI frameworks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in building scalable, low-latency, cost-optimized AI solutions Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of relevant experience in the field - Prior experience in Pharma / CRO / Life Sciences is preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field This company values innovation and cutting-edge technologies to drive impactful solutions in the field of data science.
