Job Description

We seek talented and motivated Data Science Trainers eager to educate and mentor students in the field of Data Science & Analytics. We admit final year Science & Engineering students, Fresh graduates & Working professionals in IT to our Data Analytics & Science courses and are looking for passionate mentors who can train and guide students to earn jobs in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct Offline (80%) & Online (20%) sessions for students in batches of 5-10 via our offices.
• Adhere to existing content delivery protocols and contribute to newer evolving topics.
• Mentor students in their Capstone Projects chosen on real-world problem statements.
• Conduct mock interviews of students to equip them for any technical interview.
• Monitor test scores and provide student feedback to placement coordinators.
• Maintain logistical reports of teaching activities.

MUST-HAVE Requirements

• Graduate in Science, Technology or Engineering (B.Sc., BE, B.Tech etc.)
• Proven experience as a Data Science/Analytics Trainer.
• Teaching ability in Python, SQL, EDA, Probability & Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP & other supporting topics.

PREFERRED Qualifications

• Teaching Ability/Exposure in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skills in C, C++, Java or related Technologies

Pay Scale: As per industry standards. Base Pay + Incentive structure based on Performance.
