Role Overview: As the AI/ML Practice Lead, your primary responsibility will be to set up the Center of Excellence (CoE) and business practice for Enterprise AI solutions. You will be instrumental in establishing Data Science & Analytics as a Service (DaaS) within the organization. Your role will involve building a practice with capabilities to create solution blueprints, orchestrate data acquisition and engineering, and develop AI/ML models to solve analytical problems. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and fostering collaboration and engagement will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and design AI/ML solutions, support pre-sales activities, and lead implementation engagements. Your contributions will be crucial in implementing frameworks across the solutions development lifecycle phases and tracking ROI for AI/ML projects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring a team of AI/ML experts to deliver technical solutions based on AI/ML products and platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Set up CoE and business practice for Enterprise AI solutions - Establish Data Science & Analytics as a Service (DaaS) - Create solution blueprints and roadmaps - Orchestrate data acquisition, management, and engineering - Build AI/ML models to solve analytical problems - Stay updated with industry trends and developments - Promote collaboration and engagement - Develop technical POCs and solution demos - Drive discussions to evaluate and design AI/ML solutions - Implement frameworks across solutions development lifecycle phases - Develop a value tracking mechanism for AI/ML projects - Hire, train, and mentor a team of AI/ML experts - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments Qualifications Required: - 5 years of relevant AI-ML experience with exposure to agile software development methodology - Experience in large big-data projects and data-driven decision-making projects - Expertise in tools and techniques for data preparation, movement, and analysis, including visualization, machine learning, and NLP - Understanding of at least one vertical domain such as Insurance, Manufacturing, or Education - Proficiency in AI/ML enabled solution development leveraging high-volume and high-velocity data - Experience in developing and supporting large-scale Enterprise analytical solutions - Vision and ability to set up solution practice groups - Knowledge of statistical modeling, ML techniques, and concepts - Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Computer Sciences, or equivalent - Excellent interpersonal and people skills for working with a remote workforce - Analytical mindset and good debugging skills - Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
