Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and machine learning. The ideal candidate will contribute to building intelligent systems using LLMs, optimize chunking and retrieval strategies, manage vector databases, and fine-tune models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing RAG-based GenAI systems using LLMs and embeddings
Develop chunking strategies to improve document retrieval and context relevance
Fine-tune transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) using LoRA or PEFT techniques
Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval
Build and evaluate ML models for classification, regression, and recommendation tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML and GenAI solutions into products
Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics
Stay informed about emerging trends in GenAI, NLP, and MLOps
