Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven AI/ML Consultant Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and scalable solution development, along with a sound understanding of engineering and AI ethics. This role requires the ability to analyze complex application architectures, design effective AI solutions, and take full ownership of implementation with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully understand existing application structures, data flows, and functionality to propose scalable AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, EDA, and data preprocessing.
• Build, train, and validate ML models focusing on scalability, performance, and iterative improvement.
• Deploy models into production and ensure performance tuning, monitoring, and maintainability.
• Design automation workflows and integrate intelligent systems for real-world application.
• Implement robust model validation, testing, and explainability for black-box models.
• Ensure documentation, version control, and compliance with engineering and AI best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML, frameworks, and tools.
• Implement security measures and uphold AI/Robotics/Engineering ethics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance work culture.
