Job Description

4 to 6 years of experience, focused on Revenue Growth Management MLOps/ MLE experience Business Knowledge: Experience in building Machine Learning models in Revenue Growth Management space Worked on revenue specific projects from ideation to delivery Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure revenue strategies align with the broader business strategy Vendor management experience Strong knowledge of pricing (elasticity), revenue optimization, assortment, in-store activation, and promotions in FMCG/ FB domains Experience building price simulators and scenario planners Technical: Knowledge of ML techniques such as - Linear/ Logistic Regression, Clustering, Gradient Boosting, Forecasting, Ensemble learning, etc. Created Data Pipelines, Automated ML workflow Strong understanding of data management principles - Data wrangling, Outlier/ Missing value treatment using Python/ R LLM/ Gen-AI (RAG) application Coding/ Platform: SQL Azure Cloud Advanced Excel DataBricks Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.) PySpark
