Role : Sr Software Developer / Data Science Contract Duration: 6 months (Possibly Extension) Location: P&G Hyderabad Plant Working timeline: 6 days a week, flexible to work in shifts (Standard working hours 8 am to 4 pm) Note: This is a Third Party Payroll Job - Ashkom Media India Pvt Ltd. Education and Experience: B.Tech in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience. Experience working in P&G preferred. Skills Required: Coding skills: Python (Must), SQL (Must), C++ UI/UX development: Java, React JS/Javascript, PowerBI, Anaconda Machine Learning Skills: Tensorflow, Keras (Basic understanding of supervised/unsupervised model and neural networks) Should be able to communicate well with US and Europe teams and document learning plans and MoM for meetings Project Scope: Work on a proprietary ML vision algorithm. The solution is used to identify defects on packaged surfaces like liquid detergent pouches. The work of the engineer will be to fine tune and train the model for our specific use case and achieve 99.95% model accuracy in production by successful identification of all good and not good pouches and classification of not good pouches into defect categories it is trained on.
