Data Science Engineer

As a Data Science Engineer at V-Patrol AI, a fast-paced, innovative cybersecurity company, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and deep learning models. You will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines and delivering impactful insights in real-time to combat cyber threats. Key Responsibilities: - Design & develop machine learning and deep learning models for cybersecurity use cases. - Build and manage data pipelines for structured/unstructured data such as network logs and threat feeds. - Develop and integrate APIs for model deployment and real-time data flow. - Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. - Monitor model performance and optimize for production environments. - Communicate findings effectively through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Strong command over Python, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch. - Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and data preprocessing techniques. - Knowledge of ML/DL models like XGBoost, LSTMs, Transformers, etc. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), ETL tools, Docker/Kubernetes, etc. - Cybersecurity experience is a plus (e.g., threat detection, incident response).
