Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Science & Machine Learning Trainer to join our dynamic training team. This role follows a hybrid model, with a base location in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. Trainers will be responsible for conducting offline training sessions in various colleges associated with the company within their base city or other assigned locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy teaching and are committed to empowering students with practical skills in Data Science and Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive and engaging sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and related technologies. Conduct offline sessions at partner colleges as assigned by the company — online sessions are not applicable in these cases. Ensure high levels of student participation and conceptual clarity. Guide students throughout the learning process and assist in obtaining course certifications. Travel locally within the base city to deliver sessions — local travel allowance will be provided by the company. If required to travel to a different city or state, the company will provide full accommodation and travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain the quality and consistency of training delivery. Preferred Locations: Base Locations: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore Willingness to travel locally or to other cities as per company requirements. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of relevant teaching or training experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. Strong understanding of Python, key libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and Machine Learning concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver hands-on, application-focused training. Freshers are not eligible for this role. Candidates with 2+ years of experience will be preferred. Compensation: Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month However, for exceptionally skilled candidates, the salary is open for discussion based on expertise and performance.
