Data Science Analyst

Role Overview: As a Consultant in the S&C Global Network - AI - Healthcare Analytics team at Accenture, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility projects with top Pharma clients globally and collaborate with leaders to shape innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Support delivery of consulting projects for global clients by working with small to medium-sized teams. - Work on a variety of skills from Data Engineering to Data Science, providing subject matter expertise in various sub-segments of the LS industry. - Develop assets, methodologies, point-of-view, and research for the team and the larger community. - Acquire new skills applicable across industry groups and support strategies focused on specific business units. - Co-lead proposals, business development efforts, and execute transformational change plans aligned with the client's business strategy. - Make presentations to audiences or clients on functional aspects of the domain. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other Quantitative field. - 4+ years of proven experience working on Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare projects and delivering successful outcomes. - Excellent understanding of Pharma data sets including commercial, clinical, RWE, and EMR. - Hands-on experience with datasets like Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, Optum, and building/deploying Statistical Models/Machine Learning. - Proficiency in Programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, Spark, and Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI. - Ability to work with large datasets, present findings to stakeholders, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. - Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
