Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Reconciliation Analyst to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in data reconciliation and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Perform thorough data reconciliation on various systems and platforms.
Analyze and identify discrepancies in data, providing recommendations for improvement.
Develop and implement effective data validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve overall system performance.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data inconsistencies or errors.
Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation of data reconciliation activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis and reconciliation principles.
Proficiency in using various software tools and technologies for data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
