Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Quality & Governance Lead at Kenvue, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of the organization's data. Your role will involve developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data standards across the enterprise. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and senior management, will be crucial to promote a culture of data excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the overall data quality function of the Global Supply Chain, including data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to support program goals. - Maintain and define data quality and metadata processes, develop data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics for data elements supporting critical business processes. - Coordinate with global and regional data stewards, business analysts, and data owners to define, develop, and maintain data quality rules and metadata. - Enhance the in-house DQ framework to include advanced capability with data platforms. - Deliver data quality solutions and capabilities, including dashboards, to measure business-critical data for data stewards. - Co-Lead implementation of active data governance controls with the Data Governance Lead. - Assist in defining governance structure, policies, processes, and metrics to improve data quality and ownership. - Provide recommendations and best practices for data element definitions, business rule writing, and metadata management. - Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and identify/mitigate data-related risks. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align data governance initiatives with business objectives. - Facilitate cross-functional data governance committees and working groups. - Offer guidance and support to data stewards and data owners. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience. - Advanced experience in data analysis, business requirement gathering, dashboarding, and reporting, preferably with Microsoft Azure and SQL. - Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems; experience in SAP Hana is a plus. - Project experience as a project lead or core project team member. - CDMA certification would be a plus.
