As a Data Quality & Governance Lead at Kenvue based in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of the organization's data. Your role will involve developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data standards across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and senior management, to promote a culture of data excellence. Your key responsibilities will include driving the data quality function of the Global Supply Chain, which involves data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment to support program goals. You will maintain and define data quality and metadata processes, develop data quality rules, and work on enhancing the in-house data quality framework. Additionally, you will deliver data quality solutions and capabilities to data stewards, assist in the implementation of data governance controls, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience, advanced skills in data analysis, business requirement gathering, and dashboarding/reporting. Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL, and SAP ERP Systems is preferred, along with project management experience. A CDMA certification would be a plus.
