Data Quality Analyst

Role Overview: You will be part of the DQM team at AIM, a global community focused on driving data-driven transformation across Citi. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the implementation of data quality measurement programs for the US region's retail consumer bank. Key Responsibilities: - Execute business data quality measurements in alignment with regulatory programs such as CCAR and AML - Design data quality rules, test and validate them, and identify critical data elements in various systems - Standardize data definitions and ensure consistency in measurements across different systems, products, and regions - Publish monthly/quarterly scorecards at the product level and prepare executive summary reports for senior management - Identify defects, investigate root causes for issues, and follow up with stakeholders for resolution within SLAs - Assist in audit processes by identifying control gaps, policy breaches, and providing data evidence for audit completion Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and visualize data, formulate analytical methodologies, and identify trends and patterns for generating actionable business insights - Proficiency in tools like SAS or SQL, and MS Excel is preferred - Good understanding of data definitions, data discovery, data quality framework, data governance, and data warehouse knowledge - Soft skills including the ability to solve complex business problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good process management skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams - Educational background in MBA, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a premier institute; BTech/B.E in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Applications - Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Management Science, or related fields is preferred - 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering data quality solutions Additional Company Details: No additional company details were provided in the job description.,
