Job Description

Define end-to-end architecture for data analytics, warehousing, and AI-driven solutions.
Design scalable data platforms leveraging AWS, Azure, or Databricks ecosystems.
Evaluate and select appropriate data architecture components, tools, and frameworks.
Create architecture blueprints, data flow, and integration frameworks.

Data Modelling & Governance

Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to business requirements.
Design and optimize data warehouse schemas (star, snowflake, data vault, etc.).
Define and implement metadata, data lineage, and data governance frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and performance.

Technical Leadership

Provide architectural guidance and best practices for data engineering teams.
Lead technical discussions and solution workshops with stakeholders and partners.
Support pre-sales by contributing to solution proposals and architecture decks.
Mentor and upskill team members on data modelling and architecture practices.

Implementation & Delivery

Oversee data solution implementation ensuring architectural integrity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for end-to-end project execution.
Define performance tuning, scalability, and security standards for data platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, and analytics.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions on AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
Hands-on experience with data warehousing, modelling tools (e.g., Erwin, Lucidchart, dbt), and ETL design.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of distributed computing frameworks.
Experience integrating data from multiple systems and designing data pipelines.
Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and metadata frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, QuickSight) is a plus.
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/Databricks) preferred
