About The Role

As a Data Model Specialist, you will focus on designing, validating, and maintaining efficient data models that align with enterprise data strategies. You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure the accuracy and usability of our data assets.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and consistent data models for transactional and analytical systems
  • Review and enhance existing models for performance and accuracy
  • Maintain documentation and enforce data modeling standards
  • Support integration of data across platforms and tools
  • Provide guidance on best practices for modeling complex business domains

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, or database design
  • Advanced skills in SQL and data modeling software
  • Understanding of OLTP, OLAP, and data lake environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with metadata and data lineage tools

Nice To Have

  • Experience in cross-functional data projects
  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks
