Key Responsibilities: - Develop medical data pipelines hands-on to ensure accurate reception, annotation, and utilization for deep learning purposes. - Collaborate closely with deep learning and clinical researchers to advance projects. - Run AI models on data within automated data pipelines. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the training process. - Manage data platforms, research new data management solutions, and deploy them effectively. - Coordinate with the DevOps team to enhance the inference run in production environments. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python programming. - 3 years of software development experience with databases. - Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
