Data & ML Ops Engineer (Healthcare)

As a member of the Fairtility team, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing reproductive care by leveraging clinical expertise, cutting-edge AI technology, and experienced business leadership. Your main responsibilities will include: - Hands-on development of medical data pipelines to ensure accurate reception, annotation, and utilization for deep learning purposes. - Collaborating closely with deep learning and clinical researchers. - Running AI models on data as part of automated data pipelines. - Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in the training process. - Managing data platforms, researching, and deploying new data management solutions. - Working in conjunction with the DevOps team to enhance the inference run in production. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python programming. - 3 years of experience in software development with databases. - Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, the following qualifications would be advantageous: - Experience in Airflow. - Experience in K8S. - Experience in MongoDB. - Knowledgeable in image processing. - Experience in Google Cloud or any other cloud platform.,
