Data Assessment & Planning: Analyze existing CRM data sources, including legacy systems and repositories. Define migration scope, including historical data requirements and quality checks.
Migration Execution: Utilize CRM/Salesforce reports for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Perform technical mapping and master data migration. Ensure integration with related systems (e.g., ERP, CPQ, CLM).
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with CRM IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
