Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA projects using

SAP BODS.

Define migration approach, data mapping, and transformation rules for legacy systems

to S/4HANA.

Design and develop ETL jobs in SAP BODS for extracting, transforming, and loading

data.

Collaborate with functional teams to validate data requirements and ensure data

integrity.

Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and reconciliation to meet business standards.
Manage migration cycles including mock runs, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Prepare technical documentation, migration templates, and best practice guidelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders for sign-off and ensure compliance with governance

policies.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on BODS and data migration best

practices.

Drive continuous improvement in data migration processes and tools.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects with at least 4 years in SAP BODS.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration and ETL processes.
Expertise in designing and deploying BODS jobs and workflows.
Knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and reconciliation techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

SAP certification in BODS and data migration methodologies.
Experience with Agile/Activate methodology.
Knowledge of integration with SAP Data Services and Information Steward.
Exposure to cloud-based data migration and automation tools.
Domain expertise in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or finance is a plus
