Job Title: Data Migration Business Analyst Salesforce CPQ & Billing Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Location: India (IST Shift) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Fulfillment Processes . This role requires a deep understanding of data migration strategies, integrations, and Salesforce ecosystems to deliver seamless transitions from legacy platforms to the new DX Salesforce system. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements related to the order management and fulfillment process and suggest improvements for both business and system workflows. Perform data validation and migration from legacy systems to DX Salesforce , supporting Sales and Service Cloud applications. Design, prototype, document, and support Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment solutions including configuration, customization, and integration. Translate business needs into functional specifications and supervise build activities. Maintain detailed functional documentation for all requirement specifications. Provide Salesforce system administration support (user permissions, custom objects, workflow management, etc.). Understand and support Salesforce Sales Cloud features. Understand quote-to-order processes : product setup, configuration rules, pricing, discounting, and quote templates. Work with Process Builder, Flows, Formulas, Workflow Rules, and Approvals . Assist in integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs . Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions. Remain agile and proactive in adapting to shifting business priorities and technical requirements. Must-Have Qualifications: 8+ years of total experience in IT/business analysis roles. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform . Expertise in data migration strategies and tools , especially in Salesforce CPQ and Billing . Proven experience with fulfillment process implementations and middleware/integration tools . Knowledge of system integration, ETL tools , and 3rd-party connectors. Good to Have: Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Admin, Advanced Admin, etc.). Experience working in agile environments . Exposure to Salesforce Order Management , Service Cloud , and 3rd party integrations .
