We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for enriching, uploading, and maintaining datasets that support our revenue optimization efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability for analytics and reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Routing Management: Ensure accurate lead routing to the right team members. Manage routing rules when team members join or leave.
Process Optimization: Continuously optimize inbound data processes, including the list import process, to ensure data is consistently collected and maintained in the correct format and structure.
Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of all go to market datasets, ensuring that they contain complete and accurate information. Implement data validation checks and corrections as needed.
Enrichment Workflows: Create and manage data enrichment workflows to enhance the quality of our database, ensuring that we have the most up-to-date and comprehensive information on leads and prospects.
Purge Strategy: Develop and execute a data purge strategy to remove obsolete or redundant data, keeping the database clean and compliant with vendor contracts.
Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel, to support them in their reporting needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a data management or similar role, with a strong focus on data integrity.
Experience with data enrichment from providers such as ZoomInfo and Lusha.
Strong experience with data automation tools such as Openprise.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MAP tools (Marketo).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions.
