Required Skills & Experience

12–15 years of IT experience with
7+ years in data engineering/warehousing
and
5+ years in managerial roles
.
Strong expertise in
Snowflake Data Warehouse
concepts and architecture.
Hands-on experience in
ETL tools, data pipelines, and data processing frameworks
.
Solid exposure to
BI platforms
such as Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau.
Strong foundation in
Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project delivery
.
Proven experience in managing mid- to large-sized teams (onsite/offshore).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset.

Good to Have

Exposure to
cloud data platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native data services.
Knowledge of
DataOps, MLOps
, and modern data engineering practices.
Familiarity with
Python, Spark, or dbt
for data transformations.
Certifications in
Snowflake, Power BI, Agile, or PMP
