Data Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain accurate influencer, brand, and campaign data from internal and external sources
• Regularly update Excel/Google Sheets trackers and ensure proper data hygiene
• Support the team in organizing outreach lists and reporting formats
• Help standardize naming conventions and streamline data processes
• Assist in generating reports, summaries, and presentation-ready dashboards
• Perform quality checks to ensure all records are clean, consistent, and campaign-ready

What Were Looking For

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, etc.)
• Strong attention to detailyoull be the person who double-checks what others miss
• An organized and process-driven mindset
• Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple team members
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Bonus if youve interned in marketing, data ops, or admin-heavy roles before
