Job Description

This is a high-impact role that supports both day-to-day operational excellence and the long-term transformation of our product data landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Cleansing: Execute data cleanup, validation, and enrichment activities to ensure accuracy and completeness across global and cluster-level product data.
Item Setup & Product Hierarchy: Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product hierarchies and item master data to improve data quality, traceability, and consistency.
Data Governance: Collaborate with global and regional data governance teams to define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and business rules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising, Planning, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment of product data structures and to resolve discrepancies quickly.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose process enhancements, and help standardize workflows to improve the efficiency and reliability of product data management.
Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and dashboards that track data quality metrics, highlight issues, and measure progress against cleanup objectives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in product master data management, data operations, or related analytics roles (preferably in retail, apparel, or consumer goods).
Strong understanding of product hierarchies , SKU/item setup , and data governance principles .
Hands-on experience with ERP / PIM / PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Informatica, Stibo, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel , data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and familiarity with SQL or data querying.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across global and regional teams.
