Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality datasets for AI training and evaluation.
Label, tag, and annotate text, numeric, and image data.
Check data accuracy and ensure it follows given rules and schemas.
Review AI model outputs and verify accuracy and consistency.
Identify and report errors for retraining or improvements.
Ensure data quality across large datasets and flag anomalies.
Work with teams to improve guidelines and processes.
Maintain clear documentation of labelling workflows.
Share feedback to improve tools and QA processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, cleaning).
Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow labelling instructions accurately.
Comfortable working with large and repetitive datasets.
Basic understanding of data structures and quality checks.
Awareness of how labelled data supports model improvement.
