Overview

We are hiring a Data Integration Manager (4–6 years experience) for a remote contractual position. The role involves managing and delivering end-to-end data integration projects across various systems. The candidate will design and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, ensure data quality, and collaborate with technical and business teams to support data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable data integration pipelines and workflows.

Manage ETL/ELT processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, ADF, or SSIS.

Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and quality checks.

Integrate data from APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

Lead integration projects, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Work closely with analytics, engineering, and business teams on data requirements.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows.

Implement best practices in data governance and metadata management.

Mentor junior team members and support process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field.

4–6 years experience in data integration, ETL/ELT, or data engineering.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, ADF, SSIS, Boomi, SnapLogic.

Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML.

Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Strong communication, analytical, and project management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple integration projects simultaneously.
