Responsibilities:

• Implementing data governance methodology, prioritizing data elements and defining business definitions.
• Loading metadata into Collibra and maintaining the data catalog.
• Defining and implementing data governance policies, standards, and processes.
• Mentoring team members and stakeholders on Collibra best practices.
• Performing data profiling to identify quality issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Documenting technical attributes, business descriptions, and data lineage.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance practices are followed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience working with

  Collibra

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, data privacy, and security principles
• Experience with metadata management and foundational source systems
• Agile delivery experience (user stories, sprint planning, UAT)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and technologies
