Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for updating and maintaining information on company databases and computer systems. This includes collecting and entering data, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the data team and Data Manager to ensure the accuracy and usability of information in the systems. Key Responsibilities: - Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information within specified time limits - Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry - Review data for errors, correct any issues, and check output - Research and obtain further information as needed - Apply data program techniques and procedures - Generate reports, store completed work, and perform backup operations - Scan documents and print files when necessary - Keep information confidential - Respond to queries and access relevant files - Comply with data integrity and security policies - Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions Qualifications Required: - Essential data entry skills with fast typing and attention to detail - Familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms - Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position is an advantage Additional Details: You will be working full-time as a Data Entry Operator in person.
