Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input & Maintenance: Accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in various databases and computer systems.
• Data Verification: Reviewing and verifying entered data for accuracy, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
• Data Organization: Sorting, organizing, and managing data files and records for easy retrieval and access.
• Report Generation: Creating and generating data reports and summaries as requested by team members or management.
• Confidentiality & Security: Adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Data Quality Assurance: Performing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in the company's systems.

Essential Skills

• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed is crucial for inputting high volumes of data.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to prevent errors and ensure data accuracy.
• Organizational Skills: The ability to organize data and maintain efficient filing systems.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with database software, spreadsheet programs (like Microsoft Excel), and other relevant computer programs.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clarifying data requirements.
• Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is typically the minimum requirement.
• Experience: While on-the-job training is common, experience with database software and administrative tasks is often preferred

Pay: ₹14,390.99 - ₹30,057.02 per month
