Data Entry Operator-Warehouse

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator for the Rice Export Warehouse will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, packaging stocks, and related documentation. This role will ensure smooth warehouse operations by maintaining precise data for exports and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update warehouse inventory data, including rice stock levels, packaging materials, and shipment details.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments for export purposes.
• Prepare and update reports such as stock registers, inventory summaries, and export logs.
• Verify data accuracy against physical inventory and invoices.
• Maintain documentation for quality checks and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, quality control, and logistics teams for accurate data flow.
• Ensure proper filing and storage of electronic and physical documents.
