Job Description

The **Digitalization Project** under the Government Department requires **Data Entry Operators**. The selected candidates will be responsible for scanning old documents, accurately entering data into the computer system, and organizing digital files. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Scanning paper documents and converting them into digital format * Accurate data entry into government software/database * Proper naming and foldering of digital files * Handling confidential data with care * Submitting daily reports to the supervisor --- ### **Eligibility Criteria:** * **Minimum Qualification:** 12th Pass (Intermediate) * **Computer Knowledge:** Basic computer course (e.g., DCA / CCC / any Govt. recognized certificate) * Experience (optional): Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in data entry or digitalization work --- ### **Desirable Skills:** * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) * Experience in document scanning and creating PDFs * Experience working on government digital platforms (if any)
