Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Executive to join our Central Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data entry processes, vendor invoice management, and kitchen inventory systems. Key Responsibilities: Enter vendor invoices accurately into Petpooja and Tally systems Verify and reconcile vendor bills with physical stock Perform regular inventory data entries Participate in physical stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams for smooth operations Maintain organized records for all purchase and stock entries Requirements: Proficient in English (written and verbal) Hands-on experience with Petpooja and Tally Prior experience with vendor invoice entries and inventory management Good attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen operations environment Perks: Monthly incentives based on milestone achievements Opportunity to grow in a structured F&B business environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
