Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports as required by management.
• Maintain organized records of production, inventory, and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and information updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data.
• Identify and report any data discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic computer operations.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Reliable and disciplined with a positive work attitude.
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
