Urgent Hiring for Data Entry Operator - Export & Import.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain export & import data in ERP/Excel systems accurately.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain export import documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, BL, AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.
• Support in documentation related to ICEGATE, DGFT, AD Code, IEC, and Customs.
• Track shipment details, container movements, and clearance status.
• Maintain proper filing of shipping bills, bills of entry, and customs-related documents for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Assist in creating/exporting licenses such as RoDTEP, ROSCTL, DFIA applications, etc. (if required).
• Ensure timely submission of data/documents to banks, DGFT, and other statutory authorities.
• Provide administrative support to the Export Import/Operations team when required.
