Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Role Overview: As a Data Entry Executive (DTP & Printout Operator), your primary responsibility will be to support the creation and production of educational materials such as textbooks, workbooks, brochures, posters, and other printed resources. You will play a crucial role in designing, formatting, and printing high-quality academic content that meets the institution's standards and enhances the learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Use desktop publishing (DTP) software to create and format educational materials effectively. - Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and content teams to understand design requirements and produce visually appealing layouts. - Arrange text, graphics, and images systematically to ensure clarity and visual appeal. - Maintain consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, and formatting across all educational materials. - Operate and manage printing equipment including printers, plotters, and copiers. - Adjust printing settings for optimal quality and ensure an adequate stock of printing materials such as paper, ink, and toner. - Conduct thorough quality checks on printed outputs to ensure accuracy, sharpness, and color consistency. - Maintain high production standards and promptly rectify any printing or formatting issues. - Review and proofread content for grammatical, formatting, and design errors. - Coordinate with content creators to ensure accuracy and consistency before final printing. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree (in any discipline). - Experience: Prior experience in DTP operations or printing work preferred.
