Job Description

Operator in Real Estate oversees the legal aspects of property transactions, handling contract drafting and review, conducting legal due diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance with laws like RERA, and managing legal risks and disputes. Key responsibilities include advising internal teams and clients, staying updated on real estate law, and potentially managing litigation, all while maintaining accurate legal records.

System operation and monitoring: Operate and monitor computer systems, peripheral devices, and data centers to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Troubleshooting and maintenance: Respond to error messages and malfunctions, perform preventative maintenance on hardware and software, and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
Data management: Enter, update, and manage data in databases with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure data integrity and perform regular data backups.
Security and compliance: Maintain the security and privacy of systems and data, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Reporting: Generate reports, maintain logs of activities, and review output for quality standards.
User support: Assist staff and users by resolving their queries and providing support for minor computer problems.
Coordination: Coordinate with other IT personnel to resolve complex issues and ensure production schedules are met.
