Job Overview:

UCS is seeking a Data Entry Operator with an understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and a proficient typing speed (20-25 words per minute). The ideal candidate has to prepare financial reports basis the mandate of the business intricacies. This role requires a grasp of financial concepts, a knack for organizing data, and an ability to deliver insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data (including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements) to prepare accurate financial reports.
• Organize, and validate financial data from financial documents.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Ensure that all entries comply with company guidelines and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce.
• Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 20-25 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and basic accounting principles.
• Technical and Soft Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel.
• The ability to explain financial data in layman's terms.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
