Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily office administrative activities across departments. Oversee transportation management for workers and material movement (tracking vehicles, coordinating with drivers, maintaining KM logs). Monitor and manage security operations – including guards’ attendance, discipline, and shift planning. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the factory, office, and site premises. Maintain and update records including attendance, gate entries, visitor logs, courier dispatches, stock registers, and asset inventories. Ensure office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Assist in preparation of reports and documents for audits, compliance, and internal reviews. Support HR with onboarding, ID card issuance, and administrative formalities for new employees. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Business Administration or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in office administration, preferably in manufacturing or site-based industries. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong coordination and multitasking skills. Ability to manage field operations like transport, housekeeping, and security independently. Languages: Hindi and English required; Gujarati preferred.
