Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. This role involves accurate data entry, data validation, and report generation to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and manage data with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure data consistency and perform basic data quality checks.
• Use Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for clarification on data or reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Candidate Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a data entry or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of data reporting tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
